The two parties shall promote and expand judicial cooperation between them under the jurisdiction of the powers of each them, according to the priorities of cooperation set by the two parties. 2 - The two parties shall commit themselves to the development of cooperation in a number of fields including: The exchange of bulletins, publications, researches and information relating to judicial systems, the administration of justice, methods of practicing judicial work, and holding seminars and lectures with a view to exchanging experiences, being briefed on the latest developments in the legal field between the two countries, and working to strengthen cooperation in training and transfer of professional legal expertise among legal experts in both countries to enhance the ability to practice law on the global scale. Third: The Cabinet approved the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Economy and Planning in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry signed in Riyadh on 05/07/1435 AH.
