The Director General of Real Estate Development Fund Engineer Yousef bin Abdullah Zughaibi has approved, the new batch including (6667) loans for the construction of more than 8,000 housing units in the cities, provinces and centers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Engineer Zughaibi stated that the loans' value exceeding SR 3.3 billion representing the third installment of loans approved in the budget for fiscal year 1436/1437 H, including all applications to the Fund in various parts of the Kingdom until the date of 09/11/1425 AH. He noted that the Real Estate Development Fund enjoys the continued support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince, to achieve the prosperity for citizens, praising the continuous follow-up of the Fund by the Chairman of the Fund's Board of Directors and Acting Housing Minister Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Said.
