Real Estate Development Fund Approves SR 5 billion To Build 12, 472 New Housing Units

Real Estate Development Fund has approved 10,394 new loans to build approximately 12, 472 housing units in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The value of the loans amounted to SR 5,197 million and represents the first batch of loans approved in the budget for the fiscal year 1434/1435 AH.
