Real Estate Development Fund Approves SR 6 Billion Loans

The Minister of Housing and Chairman of Board of Directors of Real Estate Development Fund, Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Dhuwaihi has approved loans amounted to more than SR 6,033 million.
The Minister pointed out that this is the fifth batch of loans including 12,066 loans for building 14,480 housing units in the regions of the Kingdom in the budget for fiscal year 1434/1435 AH.
