Hussein, Vice President of SPA Board of Directors delivered a speech in his own name and on behalf of its members during which he welcomed the President of SPA Board of Directors, Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi, expressing his appreciation to him for the unlimited support accorded to the Agency in order to overcome various difficulties ahead for continuing its creativity. During the meeting, the SPA Board of Directors was briefed on topics on its agenda and took a number of decisions including the approval of SPA closing account for the fiscal year 1435/1436 AH (2014/2015), the approval of a number of promotions, and the authorization of the President of "SPA" or his deputy to complete the discussion between "SPA" and Japanese News Agency (Kyodo) and signing a memorandum of cooperation with it. The SPA Board of Directors also discussed a number of development programs of the Agency and directed of its study for adoption.
