Houthis coalition in Yemen, Prince Saud Al-Faisal denied Saudi Arabia's having experienced a state of war with Iran. He explained that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was requested to lend assistance to restore legitimacy in Yemen and stop war that's announced by the Houthi militias when they sought enforcing power over all the Yemeni territories. He said Saudi Arabia offered assistance to Yemen with the participation of the GCC and Arab countries to reach this end. He expressed hope that Iran would adopt a policy aiming to end this internal dispute in Yemen and not provide any kind of support for criminal activists against the legitimacy in Yemen, including delivery of arms and logistics to Houthis to continue war there. For his part, minister Fabius expressed belief that the solution in Syria is no more than a political one between all political factions, except Assad, his regime and ISIS. Asked to comment on Iran's President Hasan Rohani's call for Saudi Arabia to stop the Determination Storm operation, Prince Saud Al-Faisal expressed surprise over this call, expressing astonishment about the Iranian stance one year ago when killings is flaring up between warring factions in Yemen. He added that Iran has never played a developmental role in Yemen, noting that Iran's voice has come loud now after situations deteriorated and problems aggravated. He disclosed that a meeting between the GCC leaders and U.S. President Barack Obama in Camp David will be held, most probably, in the end of this month. On whether France needs a special treatment from the Kingdom as regards financial investments, Prince Saud Al-Faisal said Saudi Arabia and France are constant friends and that "Saudi Arabia would never lag behind in lending assistance to them". Asked to comment on the Russian stance towards the GCC decision to get Houthi and mutinous forces arm equipping in Yemen stopped, the Saudi foreign minister described the Russian stance as unclear in this regard. "Whenever we reach an agreement, a new issue is coming out to the surface to derail that agreement", he described the situation.
