The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the High Commissioner of the United Nations for Refugees (UNHCR) signed a cooperation agreement under which the Kingdom will contribute with a total value of $ 5 million to help the displaced Syrians. This came on the sidelines of the 3rd International Pledging Humanitarian Conference for Syria held in Kuwait today in the presence of the Minister of Finance Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf. The agreement was signed by Saudi Fund for Development representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The funded projects by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aim to rebuild and rehabilitate a total of 4,650 homes in Damascus, Homs, Hama, Daraa and Idlib, in addition to providing public facilities and services, which will benefit a total of 23 250 displaced Syrians. -- SPA 19:06 LOCAL TIME 16:06 GMT تغريد
