Jordanian Border Guards at the Jordanian-Syrian borders received 444 Syrian refugees over the past 72 hours. The Guards provided the refugees with food and drink before transporting them to refugee camps. They undertake such duties in addition to their duties to protect the borders and also prevent infiltration and smuggling operations, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported. The Jordanian Royal Medical Services' personnel administered first aid to refugee patients through their medical centers at the borders before transporting them to camps.
