Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and Niger's Government signed here today two agreements. The agreements aim to financing the national health programs in Niger in the amount of € 11,6 million ($ 13,2 million), and obtaining bank instruments in order to provide Niger's Government with consulting services for issuing instruments amounting to 150 billion CFA francs ($ 300 million) over five years.
