Saudi Food and Drug Authority temporarily banned the import of poultry meat and eggs and their products and supplies from the Italian area of VENETO. In a statement on its website www.sfda.gov.sa, the SFDA said the ban was caused by the emergence of the high-pathogenic avian flu in that area. The SFDA detailed the ban on its website.
