President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has expressed his appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his initiative for holding the GCC Extraordinary Summit in Riyadh which ended the differences and promoted the march and integration of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Arab States. This came in his address on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the UAE National Day in which he said, "We look forward to active participation in Doha summit embodying our commitment to support collective security and joint integrated action to achieve the aspirations of the peoples of the GCC countries in stability and prosperity and preserve their achievements to enhance the process of development and prosperity for the sake of the GCC unity and cohesion."
