AlQa'dah 19, 1435, Sep 14, 2014, SPA -- An exceptional meeting for the GCC marine operations directors kicked off here Sunday to discuss future cooperative defense drills among the GCC countries marine forces, Kuwait's Ministry of Defense Directorate of Moral Guidance announced in a statement. Director of marine forces operations at the Kuwaiti Army Brig. Gen. Khaled Ahmad Al-Kandari said that the three-day meeting will aim at raising the level of combative skills among the GCC marine forces, KUNA quoted the statement as saying. The preparatory meeting was attended by GCC marine forces representatives and a delegation from the GCC general secretariat.
