The Director General of National Center for Earthquakes and Volcanoes of Saudi Geological Survey Authority Engineer Hani Zahran said that the national network stations for seismic monitoring spotted an earthquake of 3.77 magnitude on Richter scale located about 4 kilometers east of Al-Mikhal Mountain in Jazan Region at 11:21 p.m. on Sunday evening, stressing that no injuries or damages were reported. He noted that the earthquake lasted for few seconds and was felt by a number of residents in the provinces of Jazan region.
