Saudi ambassador to Chad Faisal bin Muslet Al-Mandeel held a sunset breakfast feast to mark the holy fasting month of Ramadan. The function was attended by a number of Chadian ministers, senior officials, members of the Higher Islamic Council and heads of Islamic associations in Chad. Addressing the gathering, the ambassador spoke about Saudi Arabia's interest in spreading the culture of tolerance and understanding among followers of divine religions, citing that the matter is among the priorities of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud which resulted in the establishment of Vienna-based King Abdullah Center for Dialogue among the followers of religions and cultures in addition to the establishment of Center for Dialogue among Islamic Sects in Riyadh. Al-Mandeel confirmed the keenness of the Kingdom on combating terrorism in all its forms, noting that the Kingdom has played a pivotal role to enhance ways of international cooperation in all fields and that it is a key partner in the international development.
