The General Secretariat of Muslim World League has strongly denounced the terrorist attack that targeted a security center at Alwadee'ah border crossing point in the province of Sharorah carried out by a handful belonging to the deviant group leading to the martyrdom of four security men stationed at the border, and wounding several others. The Secretariat expressed deep grief at this tragic calamity and sent its sincere condolences to the leadership and people of the Kingdom, particularly the families of the martyrs. This came in a statement issued by the Secretary General of the Muslim World League Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Alturki. In the statement, he stressed that the appalling attack is classified by Islam as falling in the category of banditry crimes which is described by Allah Almighty as corruption in the earth for its broad harm and danger and therefore deserves the harshest penalties. Alturki highlighted the position of Islam on this deviant group and warned against joining or supporting it in any way, adding that the Secretariat has received numerous contacts from figures and Islamic centers and bodies from around the world denouncing this heinous crime and expressing full support for the Kingdom.
