Passengers on Tuesday faced a second day of disruption on the Eurostar train service linking Britain with the rest of Europe, due to problems with overhead power lines, dpa reported. Four trains were cancelled and others were experiencing delays of up to an hour, Eurostar said. Passengers with tickets for cancelled services could exchange them for any trip in the next four months, it said. Almost 400 people had to be evacuated from the Channel Tunnel on Monday, after a train broke down on its way to France seven miles into the 30-mile tunnel.
