The Saudi embassy in Pakistan has held a farewell party in the Pakistani city of Karachi for its ambassador Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadir to mark the end of his tenure as ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Addressing the event, which took place last night, a number of senior officials of the government of Al-Sind State expressed thanks to the ambassador for the efforts he exerted over the last five years to further consolidate and enhance bilateral relations between the two countries at all levels. For his part, the ambassador said what he did during his assignment was nothing more than implementing the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to take care of and further promote the relations binding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. The event was attended by the Speaker of Al-Sind State parliament Dr. Agha Siraj Dorani, the regional minister of commerce Eng. Raoof Hasan, Saudi Arabia's Consul General in Karachi Faleh bin Mohammed Al-Raheeli and a number of diplomats from sisterly and friendly countries.
