Sheikh, in which he said, "The Congress has an effective role and good effects on clarifying the truth of terrorism and warning people of its evils ", stressing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has taken several steps in the fight against terrorism through presenting its truth, warning people against it, and guiding them that this incurable disease does not want good for the nation, but its goal is to sabotage it. He said, "The Kingdom has been one of the first countries signatory to the fight against terrorism and combating it, and sought to warn the international community of terrorism and its danger ", stressing that Islam prohibits killing people without right. The Grand Mufti added, "The Kingdom has fought terrorism through security combating and surrounding its cells, and in the preventive aspect through counseling, care, and amnesty for those who retreated from their deviated thoughts, announced their repentance, and abandoned this bad principle.
