France's new prime minister, Manuel Valls, has unveiled his cabinet, dpa reported. Michel Sapin, a longtime ally of President Francois Hollande who previously served as labour minister, is the new finance minister. Laurent Fabius has been confirmed as foreign minister, while former Socialist presidential candidate Segolene Royal makes a return to government at the head of a enlarged ecology, energy and sustainable development ministry.
