interference in the internal affairs of other states and peaceful settlement of disputes. Dear brothers, We see at this summit a chance to express our support for the current steps taken by some sisterly Arab countries in order to achieve political and security stability, where we extend congratulations to the brothers in the Arab Republic of Egypt on the outcome of the referendum on the constitution, which embodied the cohesion of the Egyptian people, their unity and free proud will. We also extend our congratulations to the brothers in the Republic of Tunisia on the completion of the Tunisian Constitution and also I congratulate our brothers in fraternal Yemen on the success of the national dialogue in accordance with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s initiative, wishing security, stability and prosperity for Yemen under its sovereignty, national and territorial unity. I take the opportunity as well to congratulate the Lebanese people to be reconciled in the formation of this government in the hope that it will be an introduction to the consolidation of security, stability and restoration of the State's legitimate authority throughout brotherly Lebanon. I also wish the Libyan people success in their efforts to overcome the country's transitional phase. In conclusion, I look forward that the Kuwait summit comes out with what might help all brotherly Arab countries to overcome the current difficulties and I pray to Allah Almighty that He enables our Arab nation to achieve what we wish all together for it of stability, development and prosperity. May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you.
