Following is its text: "Your Excellency President Dr. Mohammad Morsi, Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you, We congratulate the brotherly Egyptian people and compliment you on your election as the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We appreciate this election by our brothers in Egypt and hope from Allah Almighty to help you and guide your path for the service of Islam and serving Egypt and its people for the sake of its stability, growth and shouldering of its Islamic and Arab role.
