U.S. State Department Encourages De-escalation in Ukraine Violence

The U.S. State Department on Wednesday encouraged de-escalation in violence in Ukraine, after tensions rose in Crimea region.
"Our message continues to be that we need to continue to deescalate violence," State Department spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki told reporters.
"The officials on the ground need to take steps to form a new government," Psaki added during the daily press briefing.
