The United States on Monday condemned the continued violence in Ukraine, urging Ukrainians to refrain from violence and to reach a political solution to escalating unrest. "We condemn the use of violence to seize government buildings, such as the takeover of a Ministry of Justice building that happened over the last couple of days," State Department spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki told reporters. "We have continued to reiterate our call for all protesters and government forces to refrain from violence and the destruction of property," Psaki said during the daily press briefing.
