Establishment of a justice training center within the organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice called " Justice Training Center." It shall be linked to Minister of Justice . 2 - The goal of the center is to contribute to the training of judges, notaries, clerks and other assistants and agents of the judges in the public and administrative judiciary. 3 - The role of the center shall be confined to organizing training programs and sessions and practical workshops and scientific meetings and seminars directly related to the job tasks of the target groups specified in item (2) above. 4 - The center shall have a Director General of the fifteenth rand.
