Saudi Ambassador to Egypt and Kingdom's permanent representative to the Arab League Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan met here today Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Episcopate . During the meeting, Ambassador Qattan told the Pope Tawadros that what has been made by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud towards Egypt is not new or surprising, and comes within the interests of the Arab and Islamic worlds, especially Arab Republic of Egypt . For his part, Pope Tawadros expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; the Government and Saudi people for their historical stances towards Egypt and its people, stressing that the Egyptian people will never forget, over history, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's noble positions with Egypt.
