Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities, received at his office here today visiting Greek Tourism minister Olga Yivaloyani who is currently visiting the Kingdom at an invitation of the chief tourism and antiquities authority. During the meeting, aspects of cooperation between the two countries in the field of tourism, antiquities, museums and urban heritage were discussed. The two senior officials, then, signed a memorandum of understanding between the two countries in the fields of tourism and antiquities. In remarks following the meeting, Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz highlighted the agreements as very important as it is designing the legal frame for the exchange of experience between Greece and Saudi Arabia in the said fields, noting that Greece is an important historical hub of human history and legacy. He highly valued the clauses regarding the training of Saudi youths in the field of tourism and museums.
