Saudi-British Committee started at Lancaster Palace in London last night its meetings under the chairmanship of the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah and Senior Minister of State at British Foreign and Commonwealth Office Baroness Sayeeda Warsi in the presence and participation of Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom; Prince Andrew, Duke of York, British Minister for Universities and Science David Willetts and British Minister of State for Skills and Enterprise Matthew Hancock. The meetings focused on trade relations between the two countries and trade and investment opportunities available in the areas of transportation, agriculture and cooperation in the sectors of technology, science, mineral affairs, health, education, culture, and vocational and technical education . The meetings were attended by Head of the Saudi side at Saudi-British Business Council Engineer Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Mutawa , and his counterpart from the British side Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean.
