Real Estate Development Fund Provides More Than SR 26 Billion Loans

The Minister of Housing and Chairman of Board of Directors of Real Estate Development Fund Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Dhuwaihi commended the efforts and the effective contributions of the Fund to the march of construction and real estate development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over the past forty years and its provision of loans for more than 900,000 applications.
This came during a meeting of the board here today.
It is noteworthy that the Fund approved this year 52,689 loans for the construction of 63,219 housing units at a total value of more than SR 26 billion and 342 million.
