"Ebsar-Insight" Issues Report on "Blindness Prevention Program"

The Charity Society for the Visually Impaired People(Ebsar-Insight) has issued a report on "Blindness Prevention Program" pertaining to its activity as a member of the National Federation of the Blind and implementation of programs of vision's initiative by 2020 under the theme "Right to Sight for All" declared by International Agency for Prevention of Blindness of the World Health Organization.
The report pointed out that the program has achieved in 1434 AH (2013) an increase of 72% compared to the previous year 1433 AH (2012), because of widespread awareness of the importance of eye health care, control of blindness among patients , and the need of the visually impaired people from various regions of the Kingdom of the program's services.
