The 40th meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ministerial Council concluded in the Guinean capital of Conakry today. Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led his country's delegation to the meeting. During the final session, new assistants for the secretary general of the organization were elected as follows: Egypt's candidate wins the post for cultural affairs, Nominees of Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and Palestine were each re-elected for economic affairs, political affairs Al-Quds affairs respectively.
