Turki noted the positive impact of the recent regulations strictly forbidding unlicensed organizations to work during Hajj or unpermitted would-be pilgrims from inside the country to perform Hajj. He said Saudi citizens and expatriates proved loyal to the instructions and aware that the reduction of numbers of pilgrims here and abroad goes directly to the benefit of pilgrims.
