Qa'dah 15, 1431, Oct 23, 2010, SPA -- Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Governor of the Makkah Province, will launch here later today the third annual media awareness campaign entitled “No Haj Without a Permit.” The objective of the campaign, which is being organized this year under the motto of “Hajj is a ritual requiring civilized behavior”, is to enlighten the public about the importance of adhering to Hajj instructions which made it mandatory for all residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to obtain a Hajj permit. The campaign is also meant to make local pilgrims aware of the danger doing business with the owners of unlicensed establishments who can charge pilgrims large amounts of money and eventually disappear. --MORE
