AlHijjah 7, 1434, Oct 12, 2013, SPA -- One person was killed in a fire that gutted a tanker and two vehicles resulting from a traffic accident in a main road in Riyadh this evening, it was reported. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, Captain Mohammed Al-Hammadi, spokesman of the Civil Defense of Riyadh Region, said one person, whose nationality was not disclosed, was killed in a fire that flared up when a fuel tanker and two vehicles collided on the northern ring road near exit 8. Civil Defense squad team rushed to the scene, controlled the fire and cleared the road, one of the city's traffic arteries, he added.
