GCC Monetary Council's headquarters opened

AlQa'dah 29, 1434, Oct 5, 2013, SPA -- On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf, opened here today the GCC Monetary Council's headquarters.
The event was attended by ministers of finance and governors of central banks of the GCC member countries and senior officials.
Addressing the gathering, Al-Assaf said the main goal of the GCC Monetary Union is to achieve the highest degree of economic integration of the GCC member states.
