AlQa'dah 4, 1434, Sep 10, 2013, SPA -- The Ministerial Council of Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member States concluded at Jeddah Conference Palace today its 128th regular session. The following statement was released by session: The Ministerial Council held its 128th session, on Tuesday Dhu-AlQa'dah 4, 1434, (Sep 10, 2013), in the city of Jeddah, headed by Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the current chairman of the Ministerial Council, with the participation of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States and Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, the GCC Secretary General. The Council welcomed the initiative of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain to establish an Arab human rights court, and the decision of the Arab League Council to choose the Kingdom of Bahrain as the headquarters of the court. --More 19:38 LOCAL TIME 16:38 GMT تغريد
