Riyadh newspaper called for taking measures against Iran, the supporter of Hezbollah, as well as Hezbollah itself, describing Hezbollah as a branch of Iran. On the Syrian issue , Al-Madinah newspaper praised the US-Russian agreement on the Syrian regime's arsenal of chemical weapons, saying that it has put the Syrian crisis on the right track towards a rapid appropriate solution. On the same issue, Okaz newspaper highlighted the huge tasks awaiting the Syrian coalition government while Al-Sharq newspaper praised the Syrian Kurdish opposition's joining of the Syrian National Coalition.
