AlQa'dah 8, 1434, Sep 14, 2013, SPA -- At least four civilians were killed and six others injured Saturday by a car bomb in southern Afghanistan, dpa cited an official as saying. "The bomber detonated his car near a health center in Daman district on the airport road at 10 am (05300 GMT)," said Javed Faisal, governor spokesman for Kandahar province. He said it was "not clear" whether the attack was intended for a convoy of NATO-led international troops that was a kilometre away. The Taliban did not comment on the incident.
