OICC to hold its 13th congress in Makkah

Under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the 13th Congress of the Organization of Islamic Capitals and Cities (OICC) will be held during 25-27 Shawwal 1434 AH (1-3 September 2013) in Makkah.
Hosted by the municipality of Makkah and organized by OICC, the congress will witness the participation of 400 members from OICC.
