Mali's Keita wins presidential vote, rival concedes defeat

Ibrahim Boubacar Keita won presidential elections in the second round vote held at the weekend against his rival former Minister of Finance Cisse Soumaila who earlier conceded defeat.
Unofficial preliminary results show Keita, a former prime minister, with a strong lead.
Cisse has congratulated his rival and promised to respect the election results.
