Voting begins in Mali's presidential run-off

The people of Mali began voting Sunday in a presidential run-off between former prime minister Ibrahim Boubakar Keita, the frontrunner, and former finance minister Soumaila Cisse.
About 6.5 million people were eligible to vote during the 10 hour-voting. The result is expected at the earliest by Wednesday.
