The White House said Monday that it will announce in the coming days whether U.S. President Barack Obama is going to cancel an upcoming visit to Moscow. The U.S. president's plan to visit Russian President Vladimir Putin has been in question since Russia granted temporary asylum to National Security Agency (NSA) leaker Edward Snowden. The White House was rebuffed in its requests to have Snowden extradited to the United States to face charges. White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters that Obama still plans to go to St. Petersburg next month for the G20 summit with other leading economic nations.
