Kuwaiti voters began Saturday morning balloting for the 14th legislative elections to select 50 MPs for the forthcoming National Assembly, according to KUNA. Each of the 439,715 eligible voters, who can cast their ballots from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm, will be electing one candidate out of over 300 of hopefuls in the five constituencies in Kuwait, each to produce 10 members of parliament. Voting will be in line with the one-person, one-vote system, being implemented for the second time.
