Temporary Mataf bridge opened as per King instructions

In line with the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz al-Sidais, the General President of the holy mosque and prophet's mosque affairs, today opened the temporary Mataf (circumambulation passage) bridge for disabled worshippers traffic.
In remarks on the occasion, Al-Sidais said this is an experimental opening with the operational opening takes place next Saturday.
He said the capacity of the 12m wide and 13m high passage which takes a circular shape around the Kaaba is 1700 trolleys per hour.
