The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has ordered the opening of the ground floor, the first floor, the first Mezzanine of the expansionist building, and North, South and West outer squares of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Project for the Expansion of the Holy Grand Mosque that can accommodate around 400,000 worshippers within the King's keenness on creating the appropriate atmosphere for Umrah performers and worshippers at the Holy Grand Mosque during the holy month of Ramadan. This was announced by Minister of Finance, Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, as the Ministry of Finance supervises the project.
