The 13th Meeting of the Supreme Council for Education, Science and Culture for Muslim minorities, the 10th Meeting of the Heads of Cultural Centers and Islamic Associations in Europe and the morning session on the fringes of the two meetings started at the Islamic Cultural Center in London today on the occasion of choosing Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah as capital of Islamic culture. The meetings and the session, which will proceed through Thursday, aim at finding ways of activating the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' initiative for dialogue among followers of religions and cultures including its executive plan for Europe. Addressing the opening ceremony titled "Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Initiative for Dialogue among followers of religions and cultures: from theory to practice", the Secretary General of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for Dialogue among followers of religions and cultures Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Moammar said the initiative is an historical step to start a movement for co-existence, mutual respect and consolidation of moderation amid nasty smells of hatred and conflict. He refuted attempts to link terrorism to religions. He pointed that the founders of the center: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Austria and the Kingdom of Spain would like to build the center on a constitutional base. --More 23:32 LOCAL TIME 20:32 GMT تغريد
