Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadeer has met with Pakistan's Former Prime Minister and Leader of Pakistan's Muslim League (PMLN), Nawaz Sharif, at his residence in Lahore, the capital of Punjab province. The Ambassador congratulated Sharif on the occasion of his party's victory in the general elections held in Pakistan last Saturday, wishing him and the Pakistani people further progress and prosperity. He expressed the hope that the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan will witness continual progress and prosperity during the next phase. For his part, Sharif thanked the Ambassador for congratulations and his visit and asked him to convey his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the leadership of the Kingdom, stressing that Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
