Man kills wife, shoots neighbours in Germany

A 63-year-old German man is in a coma Thursday after shooting dead his wife and wounding three neighbours before shooting himself, reported the state's attorney for the
western city of Aachen, near the Dutch border, according to dpa.
The incident, which occurred in the town of Langerwehe, near
Aachen, started overnight when the suspect shot dead his 52-year-old
wife. Then, at 15-minute intervals, the shooter rang the doorbell at
neighbours' homes, police said. Armed with a small caliber weapon, he
shot whoever answered the door.
The shooter turned his weapon on himself when police arrived. He
is in critical condition.
