Egypt Appoints 9 Ministers in Limited Reshuffle

Egypt's state-run news agency 'MENA' says Prime Minister Hesham Kandil named nine new ministers in the second cabinet reshuffle since President Mohammad Morsi assumed his post in August last year.
MENA reported the shuffle on Tuesday. New ministers include the finance, oil and investment portfolios.
