The prime ministers of Serbia and Kosovo were in Brussels on Wednesday for a new round of European Union-brokered talks, with the clock ticking for them to overcome their differences. "We have come here with the best intention of an agreement," Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci said as he arrived for the meeting. "We are interested in moving (on) from the past and to move towards good neighbourly relations and peace for everybody." Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic did not make any public statement upon arrival, according to a report of DPA.
