U.S. stocks finished lower Friday, as all three major indexes closed out their weakest week of the year. The dollar declined against the euro but rose versus the yen. Light sweet crude oil for May delivery fell to $93.02 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Gold futures fell to $1,578.60. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 40.86, or 0.3 percent, to 14,565.25. The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index fell 6.7, or 0.4 percent, to 1,553.28. The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index fell 21.12, or 0.7 percent, to 3,203.86.
